2. Advertising and Online Marketing:
MyG e.U. may display advertisements in the app to cover ongoing costs for app development, operation, and maintenance. These advertisements may appear in various formats and through different channels, including but not limited to banner ads, interstitial ads, and video ads. Users agree that their app usage may be interrupted by advertisements and acknowledge that MyG e.U. assumes no responsibility for the content or products of third-party advertisers featured in the ads. Additionally, MyG e.U. may conduct online marketing activities to promote the app and expand its reach, which may involve the use of social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and other strategies.
Sponsors:
MyG e.U. reserves the right to secure sponsors for the app. Sponsors may showcase their brands or products within the app and place advertising materials. MyG e.U. retains the discretion to approve and publish sponsor content.
Disclaimer of Liability:
MyG e.U. assumes no responsibility or liability for the content or offers of sponsors or advertisers presented in the app. Users engage with such content or participate in offers at their own risk.
Price, Taxes, and Fees:
Basic app functions are free of charge. However, certain advanced features or content may incur fees, which will be clearly displayed before usage. Users are to utilize the standard payment methods available in the respective distribution channels. Prices are listed in Euros and may vary based on the user’s location, region, or currency. Additional fees or exchange rate differences may apply. MyG e.U. reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time without prior notice.
Taxes and fees, including value-added tax or similar charges, are included in the prices listed unless otherwise stated.
Images/Photos:
Users have the option to upload or share their own images or photos within the app. By doing so, they confirm that they have the necessary rights to use such content and that its use does not infringe upon third-party rights. MyG e.U. accepts no responsibility for unlawful use or disclosure of image material, unauthorized granting of reproduction rights to third parties, or unauthorized production and distribution of copies to third parties. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

All content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips used in the app, is the property of MyG e.U. or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. Users agree to respect MyG e.U.’s intellectual property and not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reuse, or otherwise use any app content without permission.
Changes to the T&C:
MyG e.U. reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be informed of significant changes to the T&C. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
